Seven days per week, 365 days per year, there are hungry and homeless people in our community who desperately need our help. That’s why COMPA Ministries needs your monthly support. We can help those less fortunate in our community, but we must do it together.
By coming alongside COMPA on a monthly basis, you help us better forecast and plan for the growing needs in our community. We need to support individuals as they move through our vocational training and On Track life skills program. There are costs to pay training wages and purchase cans and raw materials. As funds are available, we can potentially have up to 30 people participating in our program at one time. Just think about the number of people’s lives that you can have a direct impact in transforming!
We have designed our monthly giving levels to follow a very grassroots, agricultural growth process.
We begin at the tilling stage, preparing individuals through our intake process for growth in our program and helping them to remove that which may be keeping them in poverty or homelessness. From there we plant seeds of hope, with compassion, and cultivate personal change and responsibility as individuals are shepherded over the next six months. Finally, we reap the harvest of their labor. Individuals discover their new potential and an opportunity to live a self-sufficient life. And, as a by-product of their work, a significant supply of healthy, nutritious canned meals is circulated back into the community to serve the need.

Your help at the Planter level with a $42 per month gift will have a sizable impact on the reach of our program. We are only limited by financial resources, yet, for less than $1.40 per day, you can help us overcome that obstacle.
